We hadn't let on to Toby that the Llangollen Railway, whose Carrog station was right next to the campsite, was having a Thomas week. We caught Daisy to Llangollen, rode up and down the platform there with Thomas, nipped off for a horse-drawn boat ride on the Llangollen Canal and for lunch, then returned to Carrog on Donald. The day ended with a puppet show.
