Pink screen

The only pictures I got round to taking today were of my faulty netbook screen. When you boot it up, it flashes green lines and once you get into Windows bits that should be white are pink. It goes away if you move the screen but it's very sensitive and can come back if you nudge the netbook slightly.

I took the pictures because despite a quick google suggesting this is a known problem with Samsung NC10s, the man on the support desk insisted he'd never heard of it before and was very dismissive. I thought it would be useful to have a record of the problem in case they try to claim there's nothing wrong.
